General guidelines

Each team should consist of 9 members from the same institution.

For registration, students must carry their respective college ID cards.

Participating teams should bring their laptops and data cards if required.

The institute will provide accommodation for outstation students from 31st July 2024, 8 PM onwards, up to 2nd August 2024, 5 PM, with prior intimation from the participating teams.

Food will be served to all participating teams on both days.

The judges' decisions are final and binding on all participants.
Registration Fees
Team Participation:

Without accommodation: Rs. 2500/- (includes food and a kit)

With accomodation: Rs. 3500/- (includes accommodation, food, and a kit)
Individual Participation:

Without accommodation: Rs. 1000/- (includes food and a kit)

With accomodation: Rs. 1500/- (includes accommodation, food, and a kit)
